In 1988 the foundation of LOeCON Consulting was laid as a result of numerous small and medium sized businesses requiring assistance for new orientation.

Starting with 1989 this experience was reinforced through intensive studies held at significant international financial service companies. Macro-economic developments met the experience of LOeCON consulting and formed a cohesive circle .

Throughout the 1990s many consulting activities were conducted via working groups or third party consulting agencies.

Finally, in 2002 "LOeCON Management Services" was founded as an individual enterprise, based on a consulting network . From inception emphasis was placed on international financial service companies.

In 2006 the company reorganized itself into "LOeCON GmbH", headquartered Wiener Neustadt, Austria. The principal duty consisted in servicing international customers.

In 2011 "LOeCON GmbH" was merged into "LOeCON M.S.", headquartered Bad Fischau-Brunn, Austria.
